HOW TO CLEAN AND CARE FOR YOUR MACHINE

To keep your espresso machine working at its best, you’ll get into a routine of care. Don’t worry, as you’ll be prompted to clean it by the indicator light when needed.

EMPTY THE BASKET

Knock out the used puck of coffee and then rinse with water.

PURGE THE WAND

Purge the steam wand for 2-3 seconds and wipe with a wet cloth.

RINSE THE DRIP TRAY

Knock out the used puck of coffee and then rinse with water.

CLEAN THE PARTS

Clean the parts by hand (portafilter, baskets) – not dishwasher-safe.

DESCALE THE MACHINE

Descale the machine when prompted by the blinking descale light.

CHANGE THE FILTER

Replace the water filter every 2 months or so. Soak and rinse the new one.
