HOW RETURNS WORK

Please call 1 (800) 807-6777 for Countertop Appliances and accessories, kitchenware, EveryDrop® water filters, Affresh® cleaning products or major appliance accessories . Have your order number or product serial number handy and we can help you through the process.
Note: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from KitchenAid.ca. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return. For returns or exchanges on KitchenAid® tools (e.g. spatulas, ladles, peelers, measuring cups, etc.) , please contact the retailer directly or the licensor of these products a 1-866-831-6230 ext 3221

30 DAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR KITCHENAID® COUNTERTOP
APPLIANCES & ACCESSORIES, KITCHENWARE
Within 30 Calendar Days
You may return items purchased on KitchenAid.ca within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund of your product purchase price* or a replacement product. Return shipping is free for only Canadian orders on KitchenAid.ca
Please call customer care at 1 (800) 807-6777 to start the return process and obtain a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us in new condition.
In Canada, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the returned item to arrive at our processing facility. Please allow us this time to receive and process your request. Once we have processed your return a refund will be issued to the credit card account from which the item was purchased. Please allow one billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card account. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the processing of your return.
After 30 Calendar Days
If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under
warranty, call us for warranty service. Fees may apply.

*Original Shipping charges are non-refundable. Send your package with a courier that provides tracking e.g. Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex. We are not responsible if there is no proof of delivery.

You will receive:
a) Return Shipping Label (free of charge)
b) Product Return Form - Please complete and include the return form for all refunds and exchanges. You will need the product item number and your reason for return.
Send the item back in new condition using the return shipping label we
send you, along with your Product Return Form to the below address:

Once we validate the returned items have arrived and processed, your credit card account will be refunded within one billing cycle.
Returns within 5 days — No return fees
Not happy with your new product? No matter the reason, it's no problem. Request your return within 5 days from the date of delivery for a product refund of products that are in new condition. Simply call 1 (844) 907-0954 with your order number, model number and product serial number.
Please note, refunds will be processed once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected.
Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded

>>Products Damaged Upon Delivery
If you notice your product was delivered damaged, you can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days by calling us at 1 (844) 907-0954.
- For an exchange, you will not be charged any additional delivery, shipping or service fees. No adjustment of initial purchase price will be credited or charged in the event that the purchase price has changed at the time of exchange.
- For a return, you will receive a product refund, but delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please call us to discuss the nature of the damage and confirm that you qualify for the product refund.
If you’re interested in a repair, please call 1 (800) 807-6777 to schedule service. Choose "Option 3".
>>Major Appliance Returns for Any Other Reason
If you're not happy with your product for any other reason, you have up to 30 calendar days to request a return. An additional restocking fee of 15% of the product cost will be applied, with a $50 minimum. Original delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please call us at 1 (844) 907-0954 to arrange for the return.
Returns after 30 Calendar Days
Outside of 30 days, we offer a repair warranty. Give us a call with any questions about your warranty coverage, or to schedule service in or out of warranty. Fees may apply.

Not happy with your new EveryDrop® water filter, Affresh® cleaning product or major appliance accessory? No matter the reason, it's no problem. Request your return or exchange within 5 business days from the date of delivery for a product refund.

For damaged products, you can request a return or exchange within 30

For some products, we may require the return of product and may be able to help arrange return shipping. Most often, we will ask you to ship the product back using a method that provides a tracking number.
For undamaged returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery.
Products should not have not been opened and must still in the original packaging.

- For an exchange, depending on the new item’s price difference, you’ll receive a credit or charge to the credit card used to purchase the original product.

WHAT TO EXPECT
For Water Filters & Cleaning Products:
Please allow approximately 5 business days to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after one week, please contact us at 1 (800) 807-6777 1 (800) 807-6777.
For Major Appliance Parts & Accessories:
Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately two weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at 1 (800) 807-6777.
We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
You can cancel an order as long as we have not started the shipping or delivery process.

With your order number handy. We will refund your product purchase price as well as delivery, shipping, and service fees. If cancelling an item within an order means your order is no longer eligible for a discount or promotion, we will recalculate your total purchase price and apply applicable charges to your selected payment method.
OR you can sign-in to your KitchenAid account and self-serve your cancellation, if the cancellation window is still open.
If we have started the shipping or delivery process, you will need to initiate a return by following our return policy.
If you received a cancellation notification, here are some common reasons why your order was cancelled.
CREDIT CARD FAILURE:
The credit card failed to accept the charge when attempting to ship the item out. A charge to the customer card occurs when the item is being readied to ship out, not during online checkout.
We recommend that you try to place a new order ensuring all the information provided is correct and accurate. To avoid any issues with your new order we recommend the following criteria be taken into consideration:

The billing and shipping address should also match. If you require delivery to a different address, please place your order online and reach out to our team in order to have the delivery address updated.
ONLINE SELF SERVE CANCELLATIONS:
Customers who have setup an online self-serve account on our branded site will have the ability to cancel their order prior to being processed. Note: for countertop appliances orders the self serve cancellation window can be as small as several mintues during peak periods.
