HOW RETURNS WORK
Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through KitchenAid.ca.
Simply call 1 (800) 807-6777 for countertop appliances or kitchenware. Have your order number or product serial number handy and we can help you through the process.
NOTE: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from KitchenAid.ca. If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return. For returns or exchanges on KitchenAid tools (e.g. spatulas, ladles, peelers, measuring cups etc.) purchased at another retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding your return or the licensor of these products at 1-866-831-6230 ext 3221
FREE 30 DAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
FOR KITCHENAID COUNTERTOP APPLIANCES
Within 30 Calendar Days
You may return items purchased on KitchenAid.ca within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund of your product purchase price or a replacement product. Return shipping is free for only Canadian orders on KitchenAid.ca
Please call customer care at 1 (800) 807-6777 to start the return process and obtain a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us in new condition.
In Canada, it can take up to 7-10 business days for the returned item to arrive at our processing facility, please do allow us this time to receive and process your request. Once we have processed your return a refund will be issued to the credit card account from which the item was purchased. Please allow one billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card account.
After 30 Calendar Days
If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us for warranty service. Fees may apply.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable. Send your package with a courier that provides tracking e.g. Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, Fed Ex. We are not responsible if there is no proof of delivery.

You will receive:
a) Return Shipping Label (free of charge)
b) Product Return Form - Please complete and include the return form for all refunds and exchanges. You will need the product item number and your reason for return.
Send the item back in new condition using the return shipping label we send you, along with your Product Return Form to the below address:

Once we validate the returned items have arrived and processed, your credit card account will be refunded within one billing cycle.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately one credit card billing cycle to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund within one credit card billing cycle, please contact us at 1 (800) 807-6777 for countertop appliances.
We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
