The counter depth save some so much space and because it's so shallow inside we don't lose track of what's in there so we don't waste as much food. In our old fridge everything got pushed to the back and we wouldn't find it until it had gone bad. Our produce also lasts so much longer in this fridge!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tom the drain master from Best looking fridge! Purchased this 2 months ago and it gave my new kitchen the best look as it is sleek and doesn't stick out and look bulky, which ruins the lines in the kitchen with a traditional fridge. We love it!!! And it's extremely quiet!

Rated 4 out of 5 by B Par from Working well so far So I previously had a Sub-Zero. I am writing this in comparison to the Sub-Zero. The main reason I bought this fridge is because it was 3k less than the Sub-zero. I can't justify paying that much for just a fridge. As far as the fridge itself, I like the look. The LED lighting is nice and bright. It seems so much smaller than my other fridge, esp the freezer. Oh well. I also did not opt for the water and ice dispenser. That would have taken out about 1/8 of the already modest fridge space. Also, I hear that increases problems by a lot. So far, I have had it for about 2 months. Working well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Felix The Cat from Would replace it if I could So we are the first owners of a brand new home with this built-in fridge installed. The left door squeaks incessantly. There's a rotating center element that acts as a seal which is attached to the left door - it's coming off. This is a badly designed refrigerator and also shows evidence of bad workmanship. I would go out and purchase a SubZ or some other replacement if I didn't have to shell out nearly $9K for the privilege. Don't buy this thing. Go elsewhere, get a better product. We had repairmen in the house today trying to fix it - and they have to come back again with the parts. Not worth the aggravation!

Rated 1 out of 5 by momof6 from Never-ending PROBLEMS I bought this product Oct. 2015. In July the main computer board broke, leaving us without a freezer for a month, during 95+ temps. The part was out of stock with no estimated time of arrival. After weeks of phone calls,headaches, and a the loss of a freezer full of food, they finally located the part and "repaired" it. The ice-maker broke that evening, and now that is out of stock. To spend this amount of money on a product and to have it break in less than a year, is maddening. To find out that none of the parts are readily available is ridiculous. The amount of time spent trying to rectify the situation is unacceptable.
