We love this oven/microwave combo however, the ceramic element latch broke on the microwave and warranty is currently advising that the part is not in stock and will take 6-8 months to be replaced so we will not be able to use for the majority of the year.

Having the flexibility to use the upper microwave as a convection oven is a great asset that we were not even aware of when we purchased it. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the appearance is as good as the performance.

We can readily compare the new unit with the similar old unit and readily identify the design upgrades and new features. The performance of the new unit is much improved with the convection and the programming and controls

It turns out that the product was fine,,,the builder had installed the wall power outlet incorrectly. It took almost 10 months for the builder to finally fix the power supply,,,thanks for Whirlpool Canada to stand behind their product and service throughout our ordeal.

This replaces a 10 year old Kitchen Aid combo wall oven which was extremely noisy and the microwave has stopped working. Updated appearance is nice and works pretty much the same way as the older model. Biggest benefit is the near absolute silence of the oven fan.
