No more spilling the grease, getting burned or dumping the meatloaf when draining grease. This is a quality pan that is easy to clean and should last for years.

This is not only the best pan I've ever used for making meatloaf, but when used without it this pan makes some great bread. It also works great for pound cakes and other baking with or without parchment paper. Every house needs one of these, or two if you're feeding a bunch of people meatloaf or want to make two loafs of bread at a time.

Heavy-duty metal makes it feel "substantial", which also ensures it retains the heat and cooks well. Banana bread and regular bread cooked well and came out with nothing sticking on the pan.

After finally receiving product, it was lost, re-sent, delivered to a neighbor that was out of the country for 3 months, I was excited to get to use it. I regularly make meatloaf, however, I hate the clean up and it usually sticks. (I used a glass bread pan maybe 8X4".) This pan was so awesome! No sticking, no scrubbing, could it get better? Yes, it can! You are able to drain away the extra fat so it makes a nicer presentation. I found absolutely no cons with this product. I've decided to give a few as gifts!

The meat loaf bakes perfectly and keeps its shape after baking. The sauce that remais under the insert is perfect to be served over the meatloaf.

Then opening it I was really impressed with the weight of the pan. The quality of the pan is of the highest measure, and the non-stick finish appears to be very long lasting. The first time I used it for meatloaf I hoped that the space between the lift-out piece and the pan bottom would collect drained fat. I was pleased to see that indeed it does, a first for me and a great idea. And of course lifting out the meatloaf is, for the very first time, a breeze. And you don't mess up the top. The pan itself is great for baking pound cake and bread too. For the bread I tried the lift-out piece just to see what it would do and though not necessary it worked perfectly.

I finally got an opportunity to use this....made banana bread and usually use glass because I tend to prefer glass to metal, but this pan is wonderful! It is very heavy duty and baked more evenly than even my glass! I am anxious to make some homemade wheat bread using it. When cooking/baking the quality shows through on the final product! Thank you!

The pan is a nice heavy weight. I am so glad to have this pan. It is so much better than my old one. I will be using this pan for a lot of things.
