Rated 5 out of 5 by Newmack from Simple to use! This is the best slow cooker hands down we've ever had. Love the way it's so easy to set the timer and temp without any guess work. Heats evenly throughout the pot and holds on the heat. The pot extends out past the end so it's really easy to remove. The outside does get quite warm, but that's normal for all slow cookers. The ONLY thing I would change is they should have added a gasket around the glass top edge. On the high setting steam escapes quite a bit between the lid and the pot. It does let out some heat, although it doesn't really hurt anything. It's just that we owned another slow cooker( no where near as good as this one) that had a gasket around the lid and it was a brilliant addition as it kept in all the steam due to the better seal between the lid and the pot. Because of this I can only give the design 4 stars, but still the best slow cooker out if the 5 or 6 we had over the years. It's not an issue at all really, but it's the only thing I can see that I would change on this. The digital timer and button set up are the best for ease of use I've ever seen. I would recommend this slow cooker without question to anyone who asks my opinion on slow cookers.
