About 75% of the bread we eat is home-made and almost all of it has at least 50% freshly milled grain in it. We've done at least 200lbs of Red Fife wheat through this mill, not to mention the stuff that comes home with from Bulk Barn ;) The verdict: as good today as it was the day I got it. I might be better at using it, but it doesn't seem to have aged a bit. Flawless, in other words. Well worth the $$.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) amazing! i bought a 25kg of wheat to make my flour (23$), i put it twin into the grain mill to get it finest, after i sift it twice and it makes an amazing flour. It takes about 20 minutes for 2 cups of grains (speed 8) to become 2.5 cups of sifted flour and 1.5 cup of bran. For the bread recipes , i just add 30-60ml of sugar to help it to raise.

Not the fastest, but I’ll never go back to regular flour ever again.. 10 cups at a time on speed 10, then does a 45 minute cool down. I would purchase it again.
