Went with kitchen aid as my parents had one and I really liked using it when I visited them. Some complain of the fan being too noisy but I can hardly hear it. It is quieter than our old oven’s fan. It heats up quickly with the rapid preheat and have found the temperature to be accurate. Have tried the internal thermometer once and was accurate and quite handy to have. Love the sliding rack as quite convenient when you are cooking something large as makes for getting it in and out of the oven easier. I would highly recommend this oven. Very pleased with our purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from Looking good! KitchenAid is a product name that I trust. I am pleased with the appearance of my wall oven. The three racks are useful and the open gripping section is perfect. If I use the “Bake” feature, the oven operates well; however, using the convection feature is more complicated than it should be. On my former wall oven, I simply pushed the convection button, subtracted 25 degrees and continued the baking process. This oven complicates the ease of using convection by asking unnecessary questions. The oven is advertised as “True Convection” but I don’t find this aspect of the oven consumer friendly. All of the other features of the oven are great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Shufurshackman from Everything we expected We had to wait about six months because our wall oven was on back order but the wait was well worth it. We are very pleased with the exterior appearance in our kitchen and the stunning interior. Our old oven was vented at the top of the unit, However, this one blows hot air on a wooden storage drawer door directly under the bottom vent on the unit. Occasionally we open the drawer when the oven is cooling to prevent it from possible heat damage. Other than that, we are very satisfied customers so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Donna is unhappy from Electrical too short I received my new wall oven and the electrical cord is too short. I had to spend $450.00 to have an electrician put on a longer one. Ridiculous! Had I known I never would have purchased it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Benoit88 from All we were looking for and more We've been using this oven for nearly 3 month. We love the look, white isn't so common these days but that's what our kitchen theme is: Clean and bright. The controls are simple to use, lots of options if you like them but also simple and strait forward for everyday use. We love the fact that the front window stays cool even the oven is running. We had to get used to the sound of the fans running during and after the oven is used but it's not loud at all. We're very happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by know junk when I see it from junk self cleaning feature almost burnt my house down installed as per spec it dis-coloured surrounding cabinet work and then quit working altogether 1 year old repaired under warranty high heat fuse blew and fan was toast , haven't used the self clean since it is now 5 years old and the window seal leaks and fogs up will replace with anything but KitchenAid or Whirlpool I'm not an appliance expert but know junk when I see it . Do not buy this product

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ria charbs from Works well, true convect motor will not last as it Bought a month ago. Not sure about true convect . The fan goes on then off.then on and off every minute. It reverses direction too. It is noisy and not sure how long the motor will last. Every start and stops is a life cycle. Not what I expected. The rest is ok. The timer dingle is different too. Cannot be changed. Time will tell on the true convect. Glad I got the 5 years extended warranty. It does cook well and even.

I love that the exact time the oven reached the desired temperature is displayed. The oven has many features like convection roast and bake and that it can covert the temperature for you (from standard to convection. One of the main reasons I bought this model was for the self clean option. It works wonderfully!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ria3 from WORST WALL OVEN EVER We bought this oven 2 years ago and had one good year and then NOTHING but problems. Constantly shutting itself down Error Codes F2E1, F2E0, F1E0 Good thing we bought the extended warranty or so we thought. 8 service calls, various parts replaced and we still have the same problem. I don't recommend this oven to anyone. In 2 years, we've had over 6 months that it didn't work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rocket from Beautiful oven We purchased this as a replacement for the Kitchen Aid one we had for 15 years. The previous one was reliable and had very few issues. We have had this one for 5 months now and it is just as good as the last one and looks even better in the black stainless steel. Just waiting for the fridge to come in now.
