Rated 1 out of 5 by Beebcandy from New fridge not cooling after two months I bought it last Black Friday and waited for 5 months to arrive, after the long wait everyone was excited it finally came and was happy to use it, everything was fine until a day ago, it suddenly had noise and smelt like something was burning but we didn’t know what happen, last night the floor was wet because the ice holder starts melting ice and leak out from the fridge, I shut down the ice maker function and noticed the whole fridge was not cooling anymore, we went out a week for vacation so we only used the fridge around 1.5 months, my previous fridge has been 10 years and never had problems for it, I am just in great surprised of the quality of kitchenaid, since I bought bundle items from them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by THC007 from Kitchen Aid for everyone! For years I was of the mind I will never bother with Kitchen Aid(KA) appliances but I do have a KA stand mixer which is the gold standard! So we bought a KA refrigerator and it's awesome and now all I want is to replace my other appliances with KA! Our last round of appliances was all Electrolux and one by one they have given us issues enough that Electrolux is old news and we won't go with that brand anymore! The KA is well built and quiet! I love the ice maker and the water is sublime:) Only one small complaint, the interior materials could be a little more robust but it's only unfounded concern at the moment? I would buy again and would recommend without hesitation! I'd rate 4.5 out of 5. Cheers

Rated 3 out of 5 by Shix from Good looking I bought this 2 weeks ago and was very happy with the purchase as it is a very good looking refrigerator inside out. It has good space as well, in fact much more than regular counter-depth ones. However, after only a week it stopped dispensing water and making ice. The person who came to fix it said that the water pipes were frozen inside the fridge due to air coming out of spaces and sealed the same. The only hope is that it doesn’t happen again as it is a hassle to reach out to customer service and schedule service calls.

Too much wasted space created by not enough bins on the fridge door and not enough shelves in the fridge and not enough shelves in the freezer. Very hard to track down needed shelves and bin. Drawers in both fridge and freezer are way way too small. Our 2003 KitchenAid side by side had way more space in the drawers. External ice dispenser noisy and slow. External water dispenser water flow messy. Measured dispenser feature is useless and hard to figure out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by mkh45 from great lighting!!! This is a replacement for a Kitchen aid fridge whose freezer component died and could not be repaired. The new refrigerators seem to be not as solidly made as the older models; plastic drawers that do not open and close easily and sometimes come apart. I would like to have had one more shelving unit in the door and one more shelve in the freezer. Nice to have the freezer side by side. Also I had to turn the frig temperature up from the recommended because the products in the upper shelve were freezing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Raymond1977 from Nice unit After waiting 2 months for the fridge we found that the quality of inspection at the manufacturer level is very bad. The freezer door has the spray insulation foam coming out of the door edges. Very sad for the price we paid. However we got a new door ordered but they are not sure when that is coming in. I my own opinion this should not of left the manufacturer with this. It makes the fridge look like a cheap unit. But overall in interior and the operation of the fridge is amazing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rinele from Review on my fridge-freezer I bought this fridge with hopes it will be as good as my old KitchenAid one that I had for 11 years without having any problems. I was very upset, that from day one the freezer side was not working at all and the fridge side was so cold that my vegetables almost froze. I contacted the store where I have bought it and they gave me a new fridge. Now this one is working fine. My only complaints are, that the drawers are not telescopic and when heavy , hard to move and I think there should be 1 more shelf in freezer side, 1 more in fridge side and 1 more door bin in fridge side. I bought them all separately and they were very expensive. For such an expensive fridge it should include more shelfs and bin and the prices for having to buy extra should not be so high. Otherwise I am very happy with the fridge!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndreamacC. from Satisfied Purchased it as replacement to another Kitchen Aid side-by-side, so we’re used to the pros and cons of this style of refrigerator. The fridge interior feels larger than the previous one, not sure if that’s the effect of the brighter LED lights. Configuration of shelving is pretty much identical to the older model we had. Ice maker is a big improvement from before. They are smaller, cube size ice cubes (previously it was moon shaped, fairly long so one needs to adjust the ice cube in order to fit into narrower openings of water bottles. Spot for water dispensing is also wider, should be able to sit an average size coffee mug and use the pre-dispensing water features. However the metal tray in water dispensing shelf is very sharp (underneath feels like a cheese grater). I really enjoy it is a true fingerprint proof finish!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Lainie59 from Broken ice/water machine I have had the refrigerator for about a month (it was delivered and installed by a company) and the water and ice maker suddenly stopped working. Not sure if it’s a fluke but it should not be happening when it’s this new. The customer service through online chat was not ideal when trying to troubleshoot the issue. Still unresolved and not working. Otherwise happy with this model but they are certainly not built like they used to be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rakesh from Poor after sale service There are few minor issues with the fridge we received and I have tried to call the company several times, but was always put on lengthy holds and no one EVER picks up the phone! I reported some issues with pictures to the vendor where I brought the fridge from and they promised me that someone will get back to me but I have not heard back from anyone to date. Poor Service!!!!
