Rated 5 out of 5 by The Oracle from Good keeps fresher longer Have had the fridge for a short time but absolutely love it! It really does keep the food fresher for longer. I love the separate fruit and veggie bins ... lots of room. As well, the drawer below is large and deep ... perfect for cheeses, meats and breads. Heavy duty doors shut easily. Bins on the doors can hold large bottles. And wine holder has been kept busy during COVID. The freezer is very cold and has ample storage. The ice cubes are clear and fresh tasting. Overall rating - top notch!!! I highly recommend this built-in fridge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by torontodogs from DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE Very expensive fridge and it's awful. The drawers are very cheap, they don't slide well, or close well, you can tell it's not quality made. Just like everyone else, while the website description says the LED lights last a very long time, less than 4 years and half the lights don't work. Based on the other reviews, it seems like the lights not working is a common issue that they won't fix. Unfortunately, you also can't easily replace the lights yourself, you need a technician to come and fix it, of course, an added cost to the customer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by kjmotz from Do NOT buy the panel ready version of this fridge. It's a nice enough fridge regarding features and build quality, however, installation is a complete nightmare. This fridge is not counter depth and does not "seamlessly integrate into your cabninets like it claims. It will stick out and will not look seamless at all. If you want to hide your fridge or blend smoothly into your cabinets stay far, FAR away. We're a new build, so had a fresh start and blank slate.Our installer spent hours on the phone with Kitchen Aid and even had the manuals. We did everything we could to prepare and were told many times that this would work and it simply does not. Nothing is flush, nothing lines up, and the fridge is ultimately desinged to stick out. This is not the fault of installer, this fridge is simply not designed to achieve the look it claims to give you. Unlike other integrated units that are properly designed, this will not give you the look you want. Given how expensive this fridge is, and how unhelpful support has been, we have to stick with it and are now completely redesiging a section of our fully installed kitchen. It's a nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and keep shopping if you're looking for a seamless, integrated, panel fridge experience -- this is not the fridge you're looking for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by don't buy this fridge from very disappointed, horrible design Doors are awful and have never worked. The first fridge had a gap between the seal of the right door and the fridge so that when the doors were closed, cold air escaped. After >6 months of having multiple techs out to try to fix the problem and not being able to , and many angry conversations with the warranty team, Kitchen Aid agreed to send us a new fridge, on warranty. This then voided our warranty and the new fridge is worse (and now has no warranty). Every time we close the left door, the right one pops open an inch and stays open. This is extremely frustrating as every time our children close the door it gets left open and air escapes. Again, we have had 3 techs out to try to fix this problem and no one can. I'm sure this will reduce the lifespan of our fridge dramatically given the extra work on the motor every time the door is left partially open, and is also such a waste of energy. I would never buy this fridge again as there is clearly a flaw with the door system. What a waste of $10,000.
