Customer ServiceI bought this hood range. It arrived missing parts. It’s beem over 2 weeks and I still don’t have the parts. I have spoken to 4 supervisors and I can tell you that the company doesn’t care if you are happy once you have bought their products. They will not provide any reasonable customer service and only keep apologizing. The next time you call they start all over again apologizing but still nothing happens. I’ve purchased over $20,000 in Kitchenaid appliances and if they were not already installed I would return every one of them because when something goes wrong in the future, I expect the customer service to be as inept as it was in the past. Don’t waste your time and money on this company. If I could give a negative star rating I would, but the lowest is 1.

The control housing part is is made of plastic!!!I echo the frustration from the other reviews that such an expensive unit made the housing control part out of plastic. This part has broken twice in 2 years. I'm replacing it again.
