I bought a large and small pan hoping they would last longer than the usual non stick Teflon pans. They were great for the first year, now everything sticks to it. The color changed to black, not sure if that's related to the performance . I never washed them in a dishwasher, didn't use metal utensils etc. i used the large pan in the oven once at 350' even though supposed to be ok up to 400, but it was sticky before I did that. I hate that I have to replace them so soon.

We had high hopes for this pan but the coating is peeling, to the point where it is not safe to use. We never used metal utensils or burned any food on it. Very disappointed!

Bought cookware as a xmas gift for a substantial amount and dont even use them because everything sticks to the bottom. Our 20 non stick fry pan works better than this stainless hard anodized whatever it is
