We'll take care of it. Just book a repair and request to borrow a replacement. We'll lend you an appliance from our refurbished stock** while yours is away, at no cost. You only pay for the repair if the appliance is Out of Warranty.
Borrow a product during repair
While your appliance is in for repair, a replacement appliance will tide you over. Keep your customers happy as usual!
Keep or return the lent appliance
You have 45 days to decide if you'd like to purchase the lent appliance for a discounted price, or return it at no cost.
How does the Repair & Lend service work?
The lending service is free of charge for customers that have a Professional mixer or Professional blender from KitchenAid. Here are the steps...
1. Call us
Phone our friendly team on 00800 381 04026 to book a repair and request to borrow an appliance.
2. Arrange collection
Our contact centre will arrange to pick up your appliance for repair and send you an appliance to borrow.
3. Keep on making
Let the replacement appliance do the job while yours is repaired. We help minimized the interruption to your business.
4. Keep or return
Contact us if you'd like to keep the lent appliance for a discounted price. If not, simply return it free of charge.
5. Confirmation of receipt
You'll receive a confirmation of the returned appliance via phone and/or email. You're all done.

*Lending solution ("Repair & Lend service") is for KitchenAid professional stand mixer (5KSM7990) and professional blender (5KSBC1). It is free. If your appliance is Out of Warranty, you only pay for the repair.
