EXPERIENCE KITCHENAID AT THE LIVING LUXE DESIGN SHOW 2026

From April 17th to 19th, the 2026 Living Luxe Design Show delivered a vibrant destination for designers, architects and industry professionals. Among this year’s highlights was KitchenAid’s debut presence with the “KitchenAid Social Club”, which showcased how personalization and innovation can uniquely elevate a modern kitchen into a place for connection and self-expression.

An Experience Designed for Connection

“The KitchenAid Social Club” was designed to bring attendees together. Designed with the essence of a private members’ club, this experience invited people to slow down, explore and engage with KitchenAid in a manner that was elevated, enriching and welcoming. Guests were greeted with stunning and thoughtfully designed kitchen spaces, rich colour palettes and tactile elements that encouraged interaction and inspired discovery.

The experience was anchored by two distinctive kitchen suites designed by Amanda Aerin. Each delivered a bold approach to colour and finish. The Juniper Suite offered a fresh look, fostering a modern and traditional approach with green as a neutral. Then, there was the Black Ore suite with its dramatic and luxurious aesthetic through the chocolate brown millwork with a library-style design. These suites highlighted new KitchenAid® major appliances, alongside interchangeable handles and knobs in brass, black ore, bronze and stainless steel. Available across a range of appliances, including wall ovens, commercial ranges, and refrigerators, these elements conveyed how personalization provides a tailored look and feel to contemporary spaces.

As guests perused the “KitchenAid Social Club”, many stopped at the KitchenAid Bar to enjoy a curated beverage, adding to the club-like atmosphere, which inspired conversation and connection.

Product Activations

At the 2026 Living Luxe Design Show, guests were introduced to two KitchenAid® major appliances.

KitchenAid®30-inch Smart Electric Double Wall Oven with Intelligent Cooking Camera

One of the most notable inclusions in the “KitchenAid Social Club” was the KitchenAid® 30-inch Smart Electric Double Wall Oven with Intelligent Cooking Camera. This appliance drew a steady crowd who were intrigued by its ground-breaking smart experience and marriage of precision and ease.

Introducing a new level of confidence in cooking, this double wall oven offers a set of smart features designed to streamline and simplify the decision-making that happens in the kitchen. A built-in camera provides a view for owners to monitor dishes in real time without opening the oven door and losing precious heat. This wall oven can also recognize certain foods and recommend appropriate cooking settings, meaning you don’t have to guess to enjoy desirable results.

Another noteworthy feature is its ability to detect doneness and send an alert when a dish is ready. Overall, it creates a more intuitive experience, especially when preparing multiple courses for family gatherings or dinner parties. Many guests saw this appliance as an exciting shift toward home cooking that’s more guided and supportive, while not minimizing the creativity that makes cooking special.

KitchenAid®Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with Intelligent Auto Fill

Equally inspiring and compelling was the KitchenAid® Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with Intelligent Auto Fill, which combines everyday practicality with thoughtful design.

This refrigerator’s counter-depth configuration lets it sit flush with cabinetry, creating a seamless, built-in aesthetic that resonated with design-forward guests. Its features can help preserve freshness and flavour, making it a great option for daily use and for when you want to pursue more ambitious culinary projects.

The Intelligent Auto Fill function proved the impact of simple innovation. By automatically dispensing the correct amount of water for a variety of container sizes, it eliminated a frequent pain point in the kitchen. Guests admired how this feature, in addition to the space’s layout, crafted a seamless and efficient experience that didn’t skimp on style.

The Pinnacle of Inspiration

The “KitchenAid Social Club” was a place where guests felt inspired. Many were drawn not only to the stunning appliances but also to the broader vision of how a kitchen can foster connection, be an expression of one’s personality, and adapt to different styles and lifestyles.

Guests lingered, soaked in the ambience, explored finishes, conversed about design options and preferences and imagined how these elements could fit into modern homes. The bold colour, customizable elements and smart features sparked new ideas about the future of kitchen design.

It offered a unique perspective on how innovation and design can intersect to elevate a space and the moments of togetherness that happen within the kitchen.
