I just got my oven in Jan 17, 2019
the design of the doors ARE VERY BAD and should not be even in the market. There is no finishing around the side of the doors, and I can see the screws and the body of the door. In addition, I did not use this oven yet, because it came with a door that CAN NOT be closed complete. I called kitchenaid many times and I got a call from local repair store. The repair man try to fix it, however, he said he has to order parts to fix the door for this new unused stove. I'm still waiting for the parts and can not use the stove yet . That is very bad treatment and I will never recommend this product to anyone.

Combo wall over
Must say I am a little disappointed with the performance and operational usage
of this product. Looks great, and the lower oven is good, but the microwave combo convection oven is not too user friendly. I do not like how long it take to understand the commands you give it. Also, once programmed, you need to wait for the oven to reach temperature, and then AGAIN you have to open the door, re start. Crazy, it should be set and go!!!
Also, once the micro is done its cook thing, the fan continues to run and make noise for a very long time afterward Like who wants to listen to that???

This oven brings convenience at great value
I love this oven! For roasts, baking, or entertaining I use the bottom oven, which heats up quickly and has all the features you would expect (even some I didn't, like cooking with the oven safe probe thermometer). For quick meals for one or two, I use the top oven/microwave to quickly convection bake foods. For reheating, the reheat feature on this microwave actually works well, unlike other microwaves I've owned. Highly recommend this appliance.

Do NOT buy this oven or any KitchenAid appliances!
We have this combination wall oven, as well as a KitchenAid refrigerator and a KitchenAid induction cooktop. All three appliances are very problematic, with the oven refusing to hold the set temperature, the refrigerator shutting off by itself and two elements on the induction cooktop have shorted out.
These were all top of the line, expensive appliances and we expected KitchenAid to stand behind them, but when I call all they tell me is that the warranty has expired so too bad.
Whatever you do, choose another brand!

Potential fire hazard
We bought htis unit as part of decision to buy Kitcehn Aid appliances for our reno. Much like the rest of the KitchenAid products that we purchased (table top induction stovetop) KitchenAid pop up fan, and combination wall oven.
The first time we used the self clean over we noticed how hot the microwave was getting and could smell burning. We shut everything down, and when we tried to use the microwave, the beeper or sound the microwave makes when done, now sounds like a squeal. We had the appliance repair guy ( his name was Ryan, we got to know him pretty well with all the problems we were having, see other reviews), and he basically told us to not use the self clean as it might be causing the microwave to overheat. Again, no support from Kitchen Aid.
Very disappointed and feeling angry.

A few problems out of the gate?
Right off the bat I had a service call because the beautiful unit is not level. Service call immediately and dispatched a team same week. But sadly parts are being ordered already to make the unit level on both side of spaces.
Not sure the reheat function is working properly...will have to test further and show technicians when they return.
I also have problems with my Professional Series stand mixer so I hope I did not make a mistake. AND that I win the prize to reaffirm my confidence.

Kitchen reno project
We bought this oven and 4 other KitchenAid appliances as part of a kitchen overhaul. While the oven and microwave function fine, I am disappointed at the number of screws that fell out and cannot be replaced. They are sheetmetal screws and can easily strip if over tightened. We found one screw in the bottom of the oven that would have landed in the Christmas dinner.
The fit and finish on this product is not outstanding.

It stick out of the wall
I saw the photos and review on this and that that it would be flushed with the cabinets not it’s not. I’m so disappointed at this point as I cannot return it. After spending all this money to remodel my kitchen my wall oven that sticks out of the wall is the subject of discussion as soon as anyone walks in.
Why is this not mention that the doors hang over the cabinets? Poor design. Should have stick to GE Profile!
