Rated 1 out of 5 by AndreaLisa from I'd give it 0 stars if I could We bought the whole set of Kitchenaid appliances for our new home and less than two years later the fridge is going in the GARBAGE! I have to defrost it (by taking the thing apart) every single week! I have three small babies and have to find somewhere to put all our food for a day each week to fix this overpriced piece of trash. The ice builds up so intensely that it makes a loud sound as the fan completely stops working. I've had two service workers in to try and fix the problem (replacing the control panel they thought would solve it but NOPE) and all Kitchenaid service line can tell me is to "have a nice day" because there's nothing they can do since it's over the ONE year warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS KITCHENAID FRIDGE. Save yourself the money and the stress!

Rated 5 out of 5 by macmama from I love my new fridge! This beautiful fridge was installed about a week ago (with the matching KitchenAid gas/electric range), and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to clean inside and out, has tons of room inside, a terrific water filter (I live in an area with very hard water and it tastes delicious right from the dispenser!) and a feature that I personally love - magnets will adhere! My elderly father lives with me, and needs things where he can see them easily. This fridge makes loads of ice and is easy to access. I love the front being clean and streamlined too. Super product!

Don’t get me wrong it has enough features to entice you but we have peace of mind that it is going to do what it is supposed to do without fail. Some of my favourite features are the vegetable crispers(veggies that we bought a week ago are like we just got home from the grocer) the space in the fridge is amazing, the water dispenser on the inside keeps everything clean and tidy plus just the overall look of the Kitchen Aid . Love it

THE 1ST FRIDGE SHOWED GREY DOORS ON A WHITE FRIDGE, MY 2ND FRIDGE JUST RECIEVED AFTER 4 MONTHS HAS A DEFECT WITH THE DELI DRAWER LID WHICH SNAPS OFF WHEN CLOSING DRAWER. IE; THE DRAWER IS EXPOSED AND ITEMS DO NOT STAY TO THE TEMPERATURE SETTING. I WAS OFFERED A $200.00 DISCOUNT TO KEEP THE FRIDGE ... ARE YOU KIDDING.. I DON'T WANT POOR OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ... THIS COULD BE PURCHASED ON KIJJII ... I BOUGHT COMPLETE KITCHENAID APPLIANCES FOR MY KITCHEN.... BIG DISSAPPOITMENT WITH PERFORMANCE. I WANT THEM ALL REPLACED ... WOULD NO CONSIDER THIS PRODUCT (BRAND) AGAIN. THEY QUALITY DOES NOT MEET UP TO THEIR PRIOR HISTORY

We liked the new black front design and the fact that it was North America made and then when we learned that the factory had this refrigerator on special, assisted us even more with our decision

Rated 4 out of 5 by LOTW from Nice Product Have only had this product 1 week so still getting used to it. We like the features including the digital display. I particularly like how the doors and drawer pull themselves closed. It has a lot of room and lots of adjustment capability including adjustable glass shelves. And it is also very quiet. We had to increase the fridge temperature setting from the factory setting of 38F to 40F as it was too cold. The actual temp at the 40 setting in the upper area of the fridge ranges between 31F & 41F but the crispers stay at a fairly consistent 35F. We were disappointed in the quality of the crispers, however. They seem a bit fragile and do not slide smoothly with plastic on plastic. Our previous Kitchenaid fridge had much sturdier crispers that slid on tiny rollers. Haven't connected the water line so can't comment on the water or ice functions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sarahlady from Great fridge The split shelves are convenient and can customize the interior how you wish. Love the interior water spout so it doesn't take up door space. The freezer seems smaller than a conventional fridge, although that is just perception. It is just laid out differently due to ice maker and rolling trays. I still find I can't put as much in the freezer and am glad I have a deep freeze as well.
