Just Love It
Purchased this for my mother, and she is nothing but extremely pleased with it
The only thing she would change, is that there is an option to prevent it from cooling down ... a lot more times than one would realize, you need the oven to slowly cool down to properly cook something

I love it!
It’s a great oven! Have been using it daily for several years now and it works like a charm! I love that the exact time the oven reached the desired temperature is displayed. The oven has many features like convection roast and bake and that it can covert the temperature for you (from standard to convection.
One of the main reasons I bought this model was for the self clean option. It works wonderfully!

All we were looking for and more
We've been using this oven for nearly 3 month. We love the look, white isn't so common these days but that's what our kitchen theme is: Clean and bright. The controls are simple to use, lots of options if you like them but also simple and strait forward for everyday use. We love the fact that the front window stays cool even the oven is running. We had to get used to the sound of the fans running during and after the oven is used but it's not loud at all. We're very happy.

Handsome Oven
After one week we are very pleased with our new Kitchen Aid wall oven.
Controls are intuitive and it is quite good looking. Delivery date initially promised by Kitchen Aid was almost 4 weeks off.

Tons of features.
We installed the oven when we redid our kitchen this past month. Only used it a few times. I expecially like the sturdy oven racks which stay rigid when they are pulled open. You can place a heavy pan on them and they don't move. I'm new to convection ovens so I'm just learning how to use this feature.

KitchenAid is a product name that I trust. I am pleased with the appearance of my wall oven. The three racks are useful and the open gripping section is perfect. If I use the “Bake” feature, the oven operates well; however, using the convection feature is more complicated than it should be. On my former wall oven, I simply pushed the convection button, subtracted 25 degrees and continued the baking process. This oven complicates the ease of using convection by asking unnecessary questions. The oven is advertised as “True Convection” but I don’t find this aspect of the oven consumer friendly. All of the other features of the oven are great.

Beautiful oven
We purchased this as a replacement for the Kitchen Aid one we had for 15 years. The previous one was reliable and had very few issues. We have had this one for 5 months now and it is just as good as the last one and looks even better in the black stainless steel. Just waiting for the fridge to come in now.

Great oven
I purchased this oven to replace our old oven which was a different brand. Went with kitchen aid as my parents had one and I really liked using it when I visited them. Some complain of the fan being too noisy but I can hardly hear it. It is quieter than our old oven’s fan. It heats up quickly with the rapid preheat and have found the temperature to be accurate. Have tried the internal thermometer once and was accurate and quite handy to have. Love the sliding rack as quite convenient when you are cooking something large as makes for getting it in and out of the oven easier. I would highly recommend this oven. Very pleased with our purchase.

Features good, quality not so much
I installed this unit but my wife uses it. I would have rated it a 1 but she likes the functionality so our posted rating is a compromise. Since I’m writing this review, here are my issues. We’re coming from a 1990 oven built like a tank, but the build quality of this Kitchenaid is utterly atrocious. Unfortunately I suspect that this is symptomatic of all new appliances these days. First, when unpacking, there was a loose sheet metal screw rolling around the box. Hmm, couldn’t find anything obvious missing on the oven, so let’s move on. Went to hook up the power supply and found the tags on the cable contradicted the manual (and the existing wiring). Do you think I could get KA to admit the label was wrong. Nope. The first person said it wasn’t their problem and to call an installer. What? The “supervisor” then said the manual was correct but would NOT say that the label was wrong. Once the oven was in place, I noticed the door didn’t line up with top console, by like 1/4 inch; that’s not insignificant. Then I noticed the door isn’t flat; it’s curved. Then found a rubber bumper missing from the where the door lands at the top. Then while installing the vent cover on the bottom I found the edge of the metal to just be cut rather than folded over, and as a result is razor sharp. A child could be very seriously cut just brushing by. After firing it up for the first time (after we had to vacate the house due to burn-in stench), the cooling fan made a loud whistling noise. And inspecting the oven racks, two had the bars bent and welded on in weird positions. So all in all, I would say KitchenAid/Whirlpool need to step their engineering and quality big time. But I doubt that’ll happen. Demand for appliances is just too strong right now, so they’ll just keep pushing them out the door...

Works well, true convect motor will not last as it
Bought a month ago. Not sure about true convect . The fan goes on then off.then on and off every minute. It reverses direction too. It is noisy and not sure how long the motor will last. Every start and stops is a life cycle. Not what I expected. The rest is ok. The timer dingle is different too. Cannot be changed. Time will tell on the true convect. Glad I got the 5 years extended warranty. It does cook well and even.

self cleaning feature almost burnt my house down installed as per spec it dis-coloured surrounding cabinet work and then quit working altogether 1 year old repaired under warranty high heat fuse blew and fan was toast , haven't used the self clean since it is now 5 years old and the window seal leaks and fogs up will replace with anything but KitchenAid or Whirlpool I'm not an appliance expert but know junk when I see it . Do not buy this product

Electrical too short
I received my new wall oven and the electrical cord is too short. I had to spend $450.00 to have an electrician put on a longer one. Ridiculous! Had I known I never would have purchased it.
