One of my hobbies since retirement is baking, so it is getting regular use for bread, cookies, pasta dough and other pastries. It has worked faultless, even with some heavy doughs. It cleans easily in the dishwasher or by hand. I'm anxious to try out some of the attachments available. It far exceeds my expectations and runs circles around my old Bodum mixer that was troublesome from the outset
