I've lost count on, how many door stopper loaves that I've made.over the years. I've had my mixer a little over a month now. The perfect, delicious bread & other pastries that I've made, puts a smile on my face. Yesterday, I made banana bread. I tripled the recipe. There's no way that, I could have mixed this batch by hand. It only took a few minutes to mix up, with my mixer. All of my smaller appliances are old and due to be replaced. I know I'll be buying attachments for my Kitchenaid mixer. To have less clutter in my cupboards. Oh yes!
