All I knew is that I needed to replace my old hand mixer and when I saw this on their website I thought why not ! I'll give it a try!! At first I thought it didn't sound loud enough to be able to do its job but don't let the quietness of the mixer fool you. It can perform quite well. Overall, I am quite happy with my mixer and proud to show it off to other people in my kitchen.
