We had 1 year warranty so shouldn’t be an issue but... found out battery is not under the warranty and guess what...kitchen aide do not sell the batteries separately. A year and a half later nothing works seems like a bad connection but the blender cannot be taken apart Very unhappy

They do not sell replacement batteries and when calling the customer service number no one is willing to help. I even got our local appliance store to make a few calls for me.
