A year of use reveals pros and cons
I’ve been using this espresso machine for a year now, and while it’s better than I expected overall, there are some clear areas for improvement. One issue is that after the brewing time ends, water keeps dripping from the spout, causing over-extraction. The machine should fully stop the water flow when the brewing time is over. Also, the steam wand could use an upgrade. A three-hole steam tip would make frothing milk easier and create more uniform, creamy foam compared to the current single-hole design.

Amazing coffee machine!
We love our new coffee machine! We are making all kinds of different coffees, espressos and lattes. The milk frother is amazing! What a wonderful machine. I also recommend the kitchenaid grinder. Two great machines!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Black bold look!
I bought this almost a month ago and have been it loving each and every time I use it. I’m not a coffee person but this machine made me step out of my comfort zone :D Such a worthy purchase

Simple
I got this for Christmas last year, and worked great until it didn't. Working with customer service now to see what's up, but the espresso shot 2 size wont work, it makes sounds and nothing comes out until a few drips when it stopped. Hope it's a simple fix, as three isn't much else at a comparable price that isn't the disposable cups
