Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite The Range..... I’m very impressed with this range. The convection cooking is very good, excellent burner selection, good “heat” control on the cooktop and clean-up is very good. The various options and features make cookig easy and fun - but then, I like to cook. I’d definitely recommend this range as a good and reliable choice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a happy cook!! I am not happy with my new stove at all. The burners are placed off balance and are hard to see, I am always adjusting the pots for accurate cooking. The convection oven is awful. The cookies placed at the back burn, the muffins and cakes do not bake evenly or have hardened in places. The chicken takes a long time to roast and wasn’t done evenly, even the simple boneless chicken breasts. Anything on separate racks does not cook evenly. There is a continuous heating popping sound. The repair guy was here already, that is the way the stove is manufactured. I don’t even use the convection anymore! I’m disappointed! And I just bought this range in January 2018!! I wish I could trade it in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed! I bought this range at the end of Nov. 2017 with the intention of getting a good range. The oven cooks fine but the Aqualift does nothing. I thought I was getting a self cleaning oven - so disappointed. The controls on the back panel are hard to press. How could Kitchenaid make such a poor range? Went to appliance store recently, the salesperson told me to stay away from this range. I wish I could return this product, won't buy Kitchenaid again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor For Baking I love to bake and I was really excited to purchase KitchenAid Appliances and I thought the quality would have been great. The oven takes a very long time to heat up and the convection oven is poor. Everytime I use the convection setting my baking is wrong. The centre of cakes and muffins don’t cook and the outside burn. I feel let down, I had a service tech come out and say nothing is wrong. I don’t believe it, as the oven is never feels the correct heat when the convection setting is in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Now I love to cook! Wow!Wow!Wow! This stove is so fantastic! I love how all the controls are so easy to see and use. With the same stove size, I now have a fifth element, the warming zone is so fantastic. So easy to clean and use. The large window in the oven door is great and more shelve selections make it easy to adjust cooking to the perfect height. Baking/cooking temps are spot on, now I can actually follow the recipes and not guess to cooking times and temperatures, what a joy to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from well built we bought this range a month ago and it works well but does take time to get used to. Two surface burners have the high setting at the top and the other two at the bottom, a little confusing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointment with Quality and Customer Service Black stainless finish poor quality not fingerprint resistant.I just had 3rd stove delivered and still has finish on oven door with many smudges. The cooktop attracts dust like a magnet . . Uneven heat with convection .So far customer service Is nonexistent ?My last stove was a Kenmore in 2009 was half the price and much better quality with no defects and no customer service problems. The large oven, three racks and various choices of use are nice features.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so hot. Sadly, the quality is down from 15 years ago. Compared to my old oven (a Cadillac), this one is a Kia. Many of the features on my old stove are now gone, 2 oven lights vs 1, 2 electrical outlets on front vs one on top, no temperature probe, element surface is not as nice (looks like it is always dirty), and more importantly, the convection feature doesn't work as well - 2 roasts, a turkey, a duck and some cakes; all turned out raw!
